It is my observation and belief that what and how we eat often mirrors how we live our lives, and that our Standard American Diet (SAD) and lifestyle over the past 30 + years reflects our evolving disconnect not only from family and friends due to being “plugged in,” but also from food due to the convenience of overly processed, factory to freezer to microwave product foods available, leading many to hardly touch real food.

In addition to guiding clients to healthy food nourishment, healthy weight loss, repair and strengthening GI health & immune system for vibrant health in body, I introduces various methods to bring mindfulness to all aspect of daily living. My clients gain skills to sever barriers that interfere with making life nourishment changes and revitalize for optimal wellness.

Michele takes an integrative approach to nutrition and wellness as an educator and coach. She received her training and certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition & Columbia University, both located NYC, and is an accredited member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Having studied under experts in the forefront of Western and alternative medicine such as Walter Willett, Andrew Weil, Mark Hyman, Paul Pitchford, Deepak Chopra and Mehmet Oz, Michele offers her clients the best of traditional and cutting edge information from over 100 dietary theories to meet each person’s bio-individual needs.
